PEDESTAL PROPERTIES
Pedestal Base: Black coloured hard polyamide material
Pedestal Head: Black coloured hard polyamide material
Pedestal Body : Black coloured polyethilene pipe sized according to customer needs
Shim: Black coloured polyethilene round-shaped shim for adjusting level differences.
PEDESTAL VERTICAL LOAD TEST:
Before the test procedure, pedestal base, body and head are placed on a rigid substratum. The 50×50 mm indentor shall be placed exactly over the center of pedestal head on top of the panel. A steadily increasing load is applied via the indentor until a failure of any elements occurs. The understructure has to support 4 times the working load of the system tested not becoming distorted or damaged.
