1. Pedestal Base: 2 mm thick galvanized steel plate 90 x 90 mm is riveted to galvanized steel M14 rods.
2. M14 Nut: Special locker for heights 8 cm and above for adjusting the pedestal height and fixing.
3. Pipe: 1.5 mm thickness and diameter of 25 mm galvanized steel pipe which is pressed to the pedestal head.
4. Pedestal Head: 90 mm diameter and 3 mm thick galvanized steel plate which provides stringer to fix easily. It is designed to lock to stringer and pedestals. Screw is not necessary to be used in this design.
5. Head Gasket: 3 mm thick square plastic gasket is located on pedestals head which prevent noise and sliding between panels and pedestals. For conductivity additional brass plate could be added on the gasket.
6. Metal Stringer: 1 mm thick galvanized sheet as “U” shaped. Stringer System increases the loading capacity and horizontal stability. It is also produced for 400 x 600 special sized panels too.
7. Stinger Gasket: 1 mm thick plastic gasket is located on stringer which prevent noise and sliding between panels and stringers
8. Screw Fastener: It is an M6 galvanized screw and used for additional fixing between stringer and pedestal head.
9. Brass Washer: 0,25 mm brass washer provides conductivity between the panel and the substructure.
